Pros and Cons to adding an Aqua Step ladder to Swim Deck?

For some reason, I gotta belive Shamu and Alvie are equally dangerous around feeding time. I don't want to lose a finger to either.

Has anyone tried the AquaStep

I couldn't find a newer thread so thought I would check in here and see if anyone has tried the Aqua Step or something similar. We definitely want to add some type of ladder to our teak swim platform.

I added a windline telescoping ladder this spring and its been great. The Aqua Step looks interesting but havent seen or tried it.

I also added this ladder. It works great and does not seem to affect the wake. I think the surf wake is controlled more by the hull and the corner of the swim platform. When we are surfing the angle of the boat makes the ladder be less in the water.
