Luckily nothing major has ever happened to ours in the last year. Tige & my dealer have been great to deal with & I just found out that everything's covered warranty related, except for installation of the new bimini which will have a new style of bracket I guess.

Knock on wood, but I'm hoping to be done with repairs.

I had a very similar problem once. Never a problem with my 2 Tige boats, but it did happen to my 2009 Nautique. I was sold a factory black cover with the boat. At the time, I told the dealer that I didn't like the idea of a black cover in AZ. He talked to the factory and said that it would be fine. Two months into the summer and seat back panels all around the boat started to warp. Then the forward passenger seat clamshell did a major bend where the shock supports attach.

Give credit to Corrrect Craft, once month later they had sent all new pieces and the dealer installed them. But not before they had a new custom silver cover made to replace the black one. They had to do 2 other boats like mine too.

I don't know the color of your cover, but your problem was probably caused by heat. Direct sunlight can cook and soften that material.

I'd have em get it ordered ASAP & see if they'll let you keep the original & try to get it tweeked back into shape as a temporary fix.

hope your having better luck.. Have called the dealer 6 times and not recieved a call back on the status. Harvey at tige said they would send me a board tho just getting it is another story I guess! Seriously irritating!

ouch. The frame is in stock now for the bimini, but still waiting on the fabric. Not a clue on the seat. Dealer told be "around 1 month" to get a seat though. I'm guessing it will be August before I see it. Mine isn't near as bad as yours though. It's been like this for a while but I figured I'd get it fixed now while it was there. I'll try to remember to snap a pic for ya next time I have a chance.

yep that was us. Thanks Im glad I spent the time and created these green grahpics. Yah the fourth was bad. Most weekends are that way out there untell around 5pm then they mostly leave. I think it might be worse than chattfield beucase seems like no one on stanly knows WTF they are doing behind the wheel of a boat and rider pick up power turns are never ending out there and the tubbers believe they need the flattest water they can find to mess up for there tubers.. Its a mad house on weekends. Not to mention people have no idea what 150ft is

Here's the pics of my front seat. Notice the huge gap on the left where the bend had collapsed. It's been like this for a while, but I never sit up there, so I didn't worry about it until I needed more repairs (now).
