I noticed mine moving slightly yesterday while filling up with gas. It would move slightly when a wake would hit it. After pulling it out of the water on my lift, I realized that it was normal play coming from the quick release pins. The movement seems a lot more when in water than out of the water.

If the holes have worn a bit, you could intentionally drill them out and move up to the next larger pin diameter.Comment

Great I will check for possible platform tightening screws and order new Tige pins from the dealer.

Not sure what kind of pins your boat has, but the ones on mine are stock items available at any reasonable hardware store.Comment

The bolts are 1/4 inch, I'll definately try larger bolts..will see if a 5/16 inch will fit the hole in order to tighten up the play in the swim platform.
