Hey Tige family! I sold my 05 22V 5 years ago and have regretted it ever since. I found a really clean 04 22V, tower, big stereo, heater, perfect pass, etc for sale, but it has 669 hours on it. I thinks that's alot of hours, but the delaer says it isnt bad for an 8 year old boat. Engine checks out with good compression in all the cylinders and the dealer has all the service records on the boat. Opinions??

How many hours per year?

I've got a 06 22v with about 450 hours on it, so about 75 hours a year. Runs like a top, never had an issue with the motor.
The one your looking at is about 80 hours a year. Not much difference, but it depends if the previous owner(s) were loading it up with tons of ballast or not. In my boat, I do not.

Its a little higher on hours, usually an average boat owner than uses their boat puts about 50 hours a year on their boat. But the good thing is the boat was used, and didn't sit. If it has than many hours and still looks great, that means the owner did not neglect it. If its the boat you want I wouldn't hesitate pulling the trigger. My 1995 just ticked over 680 this weekend, my neighbor put over 1200 hours on his Tige before selling it.

I know right? I can't see how people can only put 10-15hrs a year on thier boat either! That's only two weekends per year! Oh well I guess thats the same as having a nice C6 ZO6 garage queen with only 2k miles waste if you ask me.
These toys are meant to be driving! That's where the fun is and if taken care of they'll last quite a while!
I've put 160+ hrs on my tige since March last year (it had 13 demo hrs from 2010-2011)2010 Tige RZ2 "Fully Loaded" 650hrs

My first inboard which I just purchased is a '99 21v which had 260 hours on it when I bought it. I don't understand how people can use it that little (good thing we knew the people we bought it from to make sure it was ran every season...). I have had my boat in the water since late April, and already have 42 hours on it! These things are meant to be used, and have time tested motors in them, I wouldn't hesitate!
