    Very proud Dad!!

My daughter got up on trainer skis for the first time this past week. It only took her two tries to get it. She is 4 and I could not be more proud of her and I wanted to share the video. She was pretty proud of herself too!!

Thats GREAT ST68. I learned how to water ski at the age of 5, but things were a little different back then (1974). My father took an old broom stick, cut it down to size, and drilled it into a pair of old wooden skis. Of course, he didnt tell me that til years later - when he said "Boy, I wish they would have had those trainer skis around when you were little!", and all this time I thought I learned how on a regular set of skis... my memory is gone - sucks getting old!

That's awesome - she'll be surfing by the end of the summer. My oldest started about her age, but my other 2 girls are boat babes (refuse to get in the water). That's what makes boating such a great activity when you have moments like those!

Hope to see you soon in Atlanta!

We tried her surfing without success, however I realized it was my fault after watching wake9 how to video on getting the little ones up. I think she would have surfed if I knew what I was doing!! I think she will be surfing very shortly. See you soon.
