It's unfortunate your dealer is addressing this issue in a manor that is unsatisfactory to your expectations. I know that as far as factory support Tigé is second to none. They ship as quickly as can be expected and if it's a defect due to manufacturers defect or workmanship they have always met my expectations as a service manager for a Tigé dealership.

I would speak to the service manager at the dealership (not the sales person)directly and clearly state how this has affected your time on the lake and enjoyment of your brand new Tigé.

I hope you get your issues resolved.

Beautiful boat. I hope you get your issue resolved quickly to your satisfaction. One thing that I would question is the decision by those that knew of this defect to deliver a new boat without first making the repair. In my opinion, this makes them liable to make you completely whole. You could not have anticipated this when you took delivery and you had a reasonable expectation that you would have full use of your new boat. This is a potential safety issue. If someone had been hurt, you could make a good argument that it was negligence.

A good dealer is so crucial. I'm sorry your dealer hasn't taken care of this issue. Have you contacted Tige directly?

Tige' seemed very helpful..... Dealer not so much. I did not purchase my
Boat from him so he may be upset over that?

I could not give 10k away to make him happy. I was also able to get the boat I wanted not the one they had in stock. I am not sure where to go from here I feel like I am up against a wall.
