The Boat Bling vinyl cleaner works pretty well, I got a free sample from them. I currently use Exquisite cleaner and scrub brush, then 303 afterwards.

The sun works the best but I've had pretty good luck with totally awesome cleaner which can be found at most dollar stores. Follow it up with a vinyl conditioner of your choice.Comment

+1 for the Totally Awesome I completely forgot about it which is funny as when I went out to buy I had no idea where to find a dollar store. Once I found one I was like well heck I guess I should 5 bottles since it is only a dollar. Got home and read the bottle and realized it was a concentrate that you delute down for different jobs. I guess I have a lifetime supply.
I helped a friend clean up his boat with it and it worked great. We wiped with wet rag rag after each section, then used Exquisite to condition everything, then followed up with 303. I think the TA is best for very dirty vinyl or once a year or for tough jobs.Comment
