Not sure how your wheel it attached to your hub but, mine is just 5 small allen bolts. When I replaced my steering cable, I took the wheel off from the hub and managed to put it back on crooked. I just took note of where it was when the boat was going straight and then just rotated the wheel on the hub by pulling the bolts and then reinstalling the wheel to the correct position.
