I like the bottom Acme, they have upgraded fom Nibral to Stainless so the puller is much stronger now.

I don't like the idea of using an adjustable crescent wrench to remove and install the prop nut.

I agree with TeamAllen, I have the top puller. I use an impact to remove and a tourque wrench to put back on.
Also do you have a three or a four blade??
Make sure you get the correct puller for you prop. The four blade puller is narrow in the middle to fit between the blades.

Acme advised I buy the standard puller.

          I ordered the one in the first picture for a 4 blade (381) 13.5 x 17.5.

          For a 24ve with a 6L GM Vortec engine.

This is what I use for a prop puller and to hold my spare prop. It's a great all-in-one kit (that I have used) It's very high quality

            Blackpack Spare Prop Kit

Don’t let minor propeller strikes ruin your weekend of skiing. Salvage the weekend with a Blackpack spare prop kit. The Blackpack contains everything you need to quickly and easily remove a damaged propeller and replace it with your spare prop.
The Blackpack is a black molded plastic case with a foam insert. It will safely carry either 13” or 14” propellers with three or four blades. It includes an Ironman prop puller, an offset prop wrench that fits the prop nut and prop puller, a brass nylock nut, a brass prop key, and a cotter pin.

Yes, the "Ironman" is in the kit I showed above too.

On Sunday I replaced the tweaked prop using the "Iron Man Puller" on a 24ve.

                  Was a snap!
