What if you do not buy from a dealer rather another Tige Owner? If I buy a used car I get the remainder of the factory warranty without having to pay.

I do hope it all get's worked out for you 2thdoc. I completely agree with wickedcummins, the second owner SHOULD get the remainder of the factory warranty. I could see not warranting cosmetic items such as graphics and such but clear mechanical failures, come on??

If you buy a used boat the remainder of the engine warranty is transferable, and you can purchase an extended warranty for the rest of the boat including electronics through an independent source , we have done this on several sales, at a reasonable cost.
Doesnt matter whether you buy from dealer or not.

BASS CAT boats will do this. My dad bought one and they are the trully awesome company to deal with.

Case in point - each year they have a bass cat owners fishing tournament near their factoryin Northern Arkansas. While the boaters are out fishing or sleeping at the hotels the people from the factory go around fixing trailers, boats, etc... FOR FREE!!

I would, I very much doubt any of the so called Big 3's Company Presidents call many owners...

That is pretty good customer service

Sorry you had to go through the issues on what should have been one of the funnest days of your life, But it looks to me Like Rick and Tige are going to make it right

Now, if he would have not posted here with videos and such, would that have happened? So, I agree with doc on his methods.

And yes, I would call him back and tell him floor design is crap. That access panel should not be like that.

Hmmm, I think Rick stepped up and took care of Bja and he never posted videos, he posted up a pic of of his stained graphics. I follow the Bu Crew and I don't see the president step into threads where owners are complaining. How would you redesign the floor? what is the issue? Is it like that in every Tige with that design? I don't know, I did not notice it in the RZ2 and Z3 and RZR I checked out at WWS. Again, the president of the company called the OP and I'm sure he is going to make it right. I also said there was nothing wrong with posting up the video, I did not think OP was right to flame Tige with that moomba comment when they knew nothing about the issue.
Enjoy your Bu, they are great boats also, I've been in them for the last 15 years, everyone in my family has one but me. And I went with Tige because I wanted a Tige.

Now Tige is stepping up to the plate for Doc and your in here stirring the pot, why? What dog do you have in this hunt?

Hello !Tige does have a phone number. They can't magically know whether or not every Dealer has done a Quality delivery.I would choose a more professional approach. But everyone has their own choice of how to handle their business. I prefer to have a working relationship rather than a shock factor fly off the handle reaction. Both get noticed, but opinions are also formed on each approach!
I do all my own stunt work. hey ya'll watch dis.

                                Bob,

Did you see the videos? I wasn't even close to flying off the handle. And again for the 15th time "I TOLD THE DEALERSHIP I WAS PUTTING A VIDEO ON HERE TO SEE IF ANYONE COULD WEIGH IN!!"

Man, you kool aid guys are all about it!

They were calling tige to see what could be done and I was gathering info on the issue.

What was sooooooo offensive about what I said? I just dropped 85 large on a toy and I shouldnt have to detail it to get rid of all the fab dust and chunks nor should the floor flex when standing on it. The ones I looked at didn't flex at the show as I would have noticed that...it's that obvious.

Im not sure how my choice is unprofessional ?

Why does this turn me into the bad guy??

I think your kool aid must be full of vodka!
