So I just replaced my steering cable and took it to the lake yesterday. Steering was very smooth, the question I have is... When I turn the wheel to the left it will turn a bit less then once around, the other way almost does 2 full revolutions. What did I do wrong and how do i fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you get the gears lined up when put the wheel back on? -
Sounds to me like your steering cable wasnt at its center before you bolted it up. You would have to unbolt it underneath at the steering wheel. Make sure the rudder is centered and than bolt the cable back to the steering column. It's an easy fix.---v^---v^---v^_____---v^---v^ For a second there. I was bored to death!!Comment
