    First run of the year

Well Just Took the 22v out for its first ride here in Canada since I bought it in Dec. and it ran AWESOME too bad the water was too cold (57F) to go in, maybe in a week or so!

Better get a wet/dry suit! We start going in when the water is in the 50's like that so we can maximize the season!

Haha I did it 2 years ago in the middle of april there was still snow on the banks all I had was a shorty wet suit,it hurt it was so cold. I thought about it yesterday but the cold scares me now lol. I guess I should fall of my wallet and get a full wet suit, but Id rather spend money on the boat instead.

I went for a surf session on Tuesday evening and our lake here in Central Alberta was a balmy 47 degrees, thank goodness for dry suits , feet and hands were really cold.

Best $200 I have spent, added a full month or more to the season on each end! Instead of a 4 month season, I can get almost 6 months now.

Fire_Medic, we have a place on Buffalo Lake on the north shore. Where do you do all your boating down there? If your looking for a dry suit check out Hyperactives pro shop, they have Bare dry suits on sale right now.

Frankly I love it that people won't spend a few hundred bucks to get a drysuit....that is why October is by far the best month on the lake. Perfect water, reasonable air and water temps and nobody out there to ruin things.

                Get a drysuit
