Has anyone purchased for them? I purchased a tower package from them last month and the day I ordered they said that the tower was back ordered till the first of May but they would ship the Bimini, Tower Speakers, & Tower Mirror now. It's been a month and I haven't recieved anything and I've called, emailed, and done the live chat on H20's website and I get ignored when I ask them any questions. The only thing they say is " it should ship the last week of May". When I ask other questions, they never respond.

Kinda getting worried. They have over $2,000 of my money and I can't even get an answer from them.

You can always put the transaction in dispute with the CC company. This gets the merchants attention quickly because the funds get removed from their bank account and put into the CC company escrow.

From there, matters get worked out with the customer having most of the weight and the merchant having the burden to "make good" on your order (or services). Sometimes, just mentioning that you'll "dispute" the transaction gets merchant's ship shape. It's a fair and equitable safety measure kind of like an EBay dispute.

I would tell them if you don't get a call back by tomorrow at noon with further details, you are going to cancel your transaction and go else where.

With today's economy there is no need for putting up with bad customer service. There are a lot of other shops out there that would love to help you out.

I would dispute the transaction with your CC company like Nobody suggested.

I dealt with them a few years ago and they were very good to deal with. I ended up finding out they sell their stuff on ebay as well I was patient and ended up getting my tower for almost 60% off after the install and realizing i needed racks and such I found everything on ebay a board rack ski rack mirror and speakers I called them up and said this is what I want these are your prices on ebay and this is what I'll pay after a little dickering we made a fair deal I ended up getting all the above with the tower for just under a $1000

I started the process and then cancelled it. I want the tower package because there's not another tower out there that you can get whats included with this one for 2K.

I had to order a bimini top just so I would have one for memorial weekend. It was 98 degrees and well worth the wasted money.

I had an aerial set up on my last boat was great except for the set screws kept backing out and the joints comming loose. I took my boat to a welder and had hime weld up the joints. The tower is going on five years old and no more problems.
