How hard is it to change rub rail trim color?

I think I might want to get rid of the black rub rail trim.....should I have the dealer do it before I pick it up or should I do it myself?

I'm also seeing if they will swap out the black speakers and rack for white....with the up charge of course...

Really isn't very hard if you take your time just go slow and remember the order you started towards the end they get a little tight but nothing majorly hard
