    Trailer Fix

When I bought my boat it had a bend in the piece that holds the bow roller. When I went out Saturday I had left my boat hooked to the trailer, since I didn't check it at home on the fak a lake, so I could make sure all was well. When I went up to unhook the strap from the eye the bow piece was bending like nothing. I had asked in here where a good place to go would be. One TO had mentioned it would be an easy fix. I PM'd them and asked who could do it he said that he could. He was availible today and took it to him and he rebuilt the piece into a much better piece.

I have to give a shout out to WickedCummins for helping me out. He did an awesome job. Thanks.

In the last pic you can see what the original should have looked like, in the back ground, and the new one.

I still have no idea how the original owner bent it in the first place.

I can assure you that it wasn't that hard to do. It's a poor design. GJ fixed you up so it can't happen again.

We were comparing trailers seeing what they have improved. One thing is that they are now putting a support piece on the piece that the bunks are held on by.

The fenders are outside of the support brackets.

The trailer guide poles are on springs and attached different.
