            That's my baby!!!

I was getting a little sad saying goodbye to my 2001 21V RE, but these pictures of my new Z3 are really helping me move on!!

Thanks Jean for the new pictures! I was a little concerned about the how the stone would look, especially since I did not go for the pearl to get the silver effect. It looks great!

Can't wait to get it down to Lake Pend Oreille in mid May. I think Neil is more exited than I am !!!

So I was working late on boat orders one evening a couple of weeks ago and a spring snowstorm was dumping huge flakes that were accumulating quickly. I heard a vehicle behind the shop and went to take a look as to whom it was. Yup, it was Mr. Dorin with the broom he brought with him, brushing off the 2001 21v he had dropped off a couple of days ealier on trade. I could have gone out to say hi, but I think they needed a "moment" together.

I knew that security cam would come in handy sometime.

                      Caught in the act

It had snowed 8 inches up on the hill at our house. I couldn't bear the thought of all that wet snow busting through the tarp from sheer weight or leaking into the boat. Got there and in the valley only 2 or 3 inches had fallen on the boat.
After 11 years of keeping that boat pristine and Heather scrubbing the upholstery, some of which we just replaced and hadn't even used yet, I was not about to see it ruined in one night. After all, the name of the boat is Get's Me High and it does it both physically and spiritually. I think the Z3 will have to be named Get's Me Higher!!
With only 10 US gallons (85 lbs) of ballast in 2 plastic jugs to firm up the wake, that 21V RE could get us 6 ft in the air off the wake with as few as one person in the boat.
Here's a montage I use for wallpaper on my computer. That's Neil in the centre and me under him in the tube taking his picture. Kevin is the one doing the Tantrum on the left. Tried to post a picture of me that high up in the air, but have nothing to convert the picture to below the minimum posting size. so you will just have to believe me until I can convert it. Not bad for a guy who turns 57 tomorrow. Do we get anything for having the 100th Z3 built?
