Corrona Service issues
I have had a bad tast put in my mouth with the TIGE' dealer in Bakersfield and I am waiting for TIGE' to tell me where to take my boat for some issues. I purchased it in Utah at Taylor's Boat's and those people are great. Both in service and respect. I am to the point where I am ready to pull back to my Vacation home in Utah to have it fixed. I was hoping that I could take it to Corona as I have heard a lot of good things about them. But I am curious about your opinion for service on the boats there, now that I have read your threads. It seems you are really down on that dealer? Is it because the dealer is so large that a few good business practices get left out? Or do they perform less than expected work. When you pay 55,000 for a boat I feel we have the right to expect top notch service from the dealers and manufactures. Might I mention I have not even put this boat in the water since I bought it.. It is still brand new and the issue I have are some defects in materials not design or workmanship. I just want to get them taken care of before I even float this boat that way there is not issues that I have missused it. Please let me know your feelings on the TIGE' dealer service department in Corona. At this point in time I will take it where TIGE' tells me to take it as it is under their warranty. So I will except where ever they tell me to go. I am not a hard person to please I under stand all the mechanical and stucture aspects and realized the problems that can and will take place. I just want the warranty to be honored and I know TIGE' will do this I just hope sooner than later so I can start to have fun with the boat. Because of problems it sure does not delay the payments owed on the boat and he kids are going to drive me crazy bugging me to go to the lake and use it. Here in CA all we need to do is put on the wet suits and lets have fun.
