Over the winter i gained a new understanding of how the tige hull produces a wake, I credit Chris Crysdale for this info and i figured its too helpful not to share. If you want the best wake out of your convex V hull then you've gotta add your weight (60/40 50/50 however you like it) set your speed and THEN adjust your plate to the point right before you go porpoising down the lake, that's where you will find your BEST wake. I know that it took us a long time to get the boat dialed and that i wouldve appreciated that info as a new owner last summer and i know you guys are popping up all over so this is some good info for all you wakeboarders!
