I agree the Syn 2s would be better, however, as I stated I already had the Syn 6s and used them as best I could.
For your 485, keep them on the Syn-6's. But your 80's could take more, but that would mean finding a spot for another amp.

We ran our 485 on a syn 2 bridged to it and our Rev 8s off a syn 4. I was told by Tim White that was the "perfect" power set up for them. Sounded damn good.
Spot-on power for a pair of 485's is 400W bridged on a Syn-4. If you really want to push them, then yes, a Syn-2 is the way to go.
For Pro80/Rev-8, a Syn-2 is ideal, but bridging on a Syn-4 is pushing them to the limits.
The extra headroom is nice, but the increase in volume may not be what some might expect. I took my 485 from 400W from a Syn-4 to 700W bridged on a Syn-2 when I added the Rev-10s to the demo board. They are bridged on that same Syn-4. There is a noticeable difference difference in the 485.
With Strohlde, I dont think it it would be a noticeable difference to go from his 600W RF to the 700W Syn-2 for the 485, but I think going from the Syn-2 to bridged on the KS300.4 would be.
Based on your expertise Chap, my assumptions seems in line. Sync 2 for "each" 485 (700 watts mono / bridged) and one Sync 2 for the Pro80's (350 watts to each speaker - two channel config).
Just for the hell of it Chap, since my boat has three 12" subs (XS-XXX) each having their own Sync 1 (850 watts each @ 4 ohms), is it really necessary to have Rev 10's in place of Pro80's. Seems I have enough bass on the boat.
I'm no expert but I don't think you can run the syn2 In stereo 2 ohm to a pair of 4 ohm pro 80s to get the 350x2 rating. I asked about this last year and was told it wasn't possible.

It says, "Stereo @ 2 Ohms 350 x 2 watts RMS"
So, your right. Cause they are 4 ohm speakers.
Seems Sync 2 will only work mono/bridged @ 700 watts for this application.
The Syn-2 will deliver 200W ea to a single pair of speakers or 175W ea to 2 pair of speakers or 700W to a single speaker (Pro485 or 4 ohm sub) when run in mono/bridge mode.

Then how does one get 350 to 400 watts to each Pro80 using WetSounds Sync Amps??
The Syn-4 is a 4 chnl amp. When running one speaker across 2 chnls gets you 400W to that speaker. This is called bridging and puts the 4 chnl amp in 2-chnl mode.
For the Syn-2, its a 2 chnl amp and can run 4 speakers. With one speaker per chnl, the output is 200W per chnl. With 2 speakers per chnl, the output is 350W per chnl. That equals 175 to each speakers.
