Found the starboard Ballast Drain issue

After removing the floor and finding all kinds of left behind hardware from assembly I found there to be a little round ring in the pump that must have got into the tank at assembly as well. Damage to Impeller on drain pump. Doubt I can get just the little impeller for the pump either probably have to buy a whole new pump!

Anyone know who sells these pumps?

cant change the past.. Lol I found 5 spare screws laying in the bottom.. I guess its nice to have spares lol =)

It looks just like my pumps, if they are built by mayfair marine just Google them. They are all over the internet, you might even be able to find parts at a Bass Pro Shop.

I'm reworking my ballast also, it does seem like a few of them working in the factory are fumble fingers. Lots of extra screws down there...

yah couldnt believe how many I found on just one side lol.. I wounder how many more I could find lol! You say bass pro shop carries the pumps?

All you need is a replacment cartridge. They sell them at just about any marine supply store.

I think the screws, bolts and trimmings left in the bilge are called 'bilge trash'. My Tige had a lot, but so did my Mastercraft and Malibu, so I think it is just a general motto of guys who build boats to just grab another one out of the box if they inadvertently drop something.

Since the boat is a 2011, is this something covered under warranty?

I'm sure they would warranty that with how few hours you have on the boat.I think the lifetime hull warranty can be transferred for a fee.The rest probably transfers for free except the 360 service.If your like me it's cheaper to do maintenance yourself.

The tige warranty is not transferable. I found out the hard way. For all I can say good about Tige this doesn't sit real well with me. Tige needs to stand behind their product. I bought my boat with 50 hrs on it and found out after the fact that Tige will not transfer the warranty. I just re-addressed this issue since my depth finder quit working. I was told "sorry".

I am confused it sounds like everything is transferable other than bow to stern and care package. Maybe some one from tige can chime in! Yah i agree it does suck cause even car manafactures warranty it for the warranty period to the second owner sometimes the third. And boats are more than 80% of vehicles.
