Not even a comparison. I've used all kinds of stuff for my cars over the years and I've always said Zaino's is the best stuff out there. While I still agree with Zaino's being the best for the road toys, it never got me as excited as the Boat Bling stuff did. Two of my buddies bought it because of how excited I was while using it. One of them said "for him to get that pumped about a detailing product, it has to be really good."

Well got my sample of the boat hot sauce and I believe its just vinger and water witch is what we currently use... smells the same minus it smells like there might be a little liquid wax in it. But it works good.. Same as vingar and water mix.. Going to try out the interior stuff..

I seem to remember a Boat Bling rep explaining that the Hot Sauce does have a little acetic acid in it - which is why it has a slight vinegar odor, but also what allows it to remove water spots. And it does have a wax. While I love the smell of Babes Boat Bright, and think it does a good job, the Hot Sauce seems to remove spots better and shines just as well IMO.

I bought the "Bucket of Babes" last year

                    http://www.babesboats.com/products/b...t-care-kit.php

I am happy with all the products. There are no water spot issues up here, so I can't comment if you have hard water. Babes spray bottles all broke quickly, so I use sprat bottled from Dollar Tree (actually use empty bottles of totally awesome).

I used less than 1/2 the product last year, so I am probably set through this season.

End of last season, there were several discussions (e.g., here and here) about Performance Boat Candy products.

I tried the boat gloss and vinyl cleaner. The Performance Boat Candy boat gloss was amazing -- it wiped away water spots that Babes would not touch. The vinyl cleaner was ok but no better than Babes.

I will always miss the smell of Babes Boat Bright though.

A month ago or more I sent in a requestv to Boat Bling for thier sample pack but never got it. After seeing this thread I sent in another request and promptly got a response back and it is in the mail with a tracking number. Thanks Patric. I will see if it is a good as the rest of you are saying.

From my experience, the Boat Bling Hot Sauce is more like the Babes Hard Water Spot Remover, the Babes Boat Bright is just a maintenance cleaner/wipe down which leaves a little wax coating behind. If you have water spots, Babes recommends using the Hard Water Spot Remover and then follow up with Boat Bright.

I think if you live in the SW with hard water canyon lakes and high temps, Hot Sauce will work best. I don't have those issues in the PNW so I use a 50/50 mix of Boat Bright and distilled water after every outing and it keeps my hull glossy and smooth, no water spots.

For my seats I use the Vinyl Sauce from Boat Bling, that stuff works very well, and I follow up with 303 protectant. I use Stoner Invisible Glass for my windshield and give it 2 coats of RainX throughout the year.
