Im guessing the Alpha Z tower speaker mounts are a Tige part right? Can someone give me a general price on them? I'm guessing the standard color is black and that a white pair would be a slight price increase?

If you give them much more volume they start to distort.

Yes, upgrade the Syn-2 to the Syn-4.
As far as mounts go, the Alpha-Z has 4 integrated speaker perches. The Alpha-Z is a cast tower, so dding any more to it would require some custom fab work.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

Just to clarify what 91Term is referring to. These collars are purely cosmetic and serve no function in regards to the mounting of the speakers.
Here you can see the factory Pro60 w/collar next the REV-8 we added. The X-Mount Wet Sounds will bolt directly to the tower in the same way as they do them at the factory. The difference is the beauty ring.

I already have another pair of Rev10's and would much prefer that they match the original Rev10's.

The speakers seem to have soo much more, but the amp just runs out of power. When wakeboarding at 75' you can just barely hear the music. If you get too far outside the wake you almost can't hear them at all.

A pair of Pro80 on the syn-2 @ 200 watts each has no problem reaching the rider......I see no reason that should be different with the Rev-10's, even though they can handle more power.

So the official, absolute, under no circumstances answer from Tige is that the collars are not for sale without the speakers. I went ahead and mounted the 2nd pair of Rev10's and they look ok. The appear to mount closer to the tower; not close enough though as I have hit my head on them at least 3 times already.
After looking at the collars that are on the factory installed pair of Rev10's I've decided that at some point this year I am going to build 4 new ones. I think I can make them fit and look better than the factory ones.

I've got two pair running off of an arc ks600.2. It's crazy loud, but I think I've got grandiose expectations of what that should mean at 70' with the handle in my hand at 23mph. Between wind noise and engine noise (EX343 catanium), it's certainly not "loud" at the end of the rope. When I fall and I'm floating it's crazy loud from a couple hundred yards out. But wind noise and engine noise take their toll when you are behind the boat with the handle.
For sake of overkill I'm adding a second ks600.2 this season so each pair will run from it's own amp, but I'm still not really expecting to be wowed with the handle in my hand. I called and spoke with Brad at arc audio and he told me that they designed the ks600.2 with the rev10s in mind and that they intended that amp to run two pair. So I'm definitely dipping into the realm of overkill....
