    Alpha tower

Please weigh in on head room clearance on alpha tower with 4 speakers, 2012 22ve. Some say the two middle, inside speakers are in the way and are a pain to walk thru.

I had 4 on my rzr and it was fine. The rzr is a narrower boat so I'm sure you would be ok.

6'1" with an 2009 RZ2 and 4 Wetsounds on the Alpha tower. Just remember they are there and no problems. Occasionally, if I jump in/out of the drivers seat, I will catch one. But never just moving bow/stern or through passenger areas.

I haven't seen a problem with people hitting there head in anything but the z1. I'm 5'9 and my head is above the tower. But I still find it annoying on how low it is (personal preference I guess).

Where I see a real problem with it is when there is a board in the racks. I'm not sure if this is still a problem with the new racks for 2012 or not but on the 2011 racks it was almost useless when trying to fold in a rack with a wakeboard in there. You could never get the racks in all the way because the speaker was right there.

Makes it difficult when someone is sitting below the rack and you are trying to get a board or put one up there. Especially when the board is wet and dripping all over the person. Or you can try to balance on the side of the boat try to push a board in the rack while it is still facing out and risk falling in the water.
