Some scumbag cut the cover on our boat last spring while it was on the lift on our dock. They got the wakeboards, ropes, etc, but what I missed the most was my toolbag that I've had and been collecting since our first boat in 1985. It's hard to replace everything, and expensive. I've re-started it with the basics, but it will probably take another twenty years to get back like it was.

I have the 4 head T lugnut thing from WalMart--folds flat.
          Zip Ties are the bomb
Serrated Knife--had to cut rope once--remember to REMOVE THE KEY so someone topside doesn't try to turn on battery for boat & accidentally start engine.
Jump Pack instead of jumper cables--i have jumped other boats on the water.
Tow Rope/Buoy hookup. Much better for towing (or being towed) in.
headlamp--helps when looking deep into engine compartment.

I don't have time to read all three pages, and I'm sure there are great ideas of tools. But one thing to make sure you have is a good first aid kit.
