So I finally got a break in the weather and got a chance to surf my new board! The Chaos board is a complete game changer. Faster, releases but still carves so well. Recovery was ridiculous! It doesn't even want to pearl (which was an issue with the first board). I have surfed a lot of boards over the years but not all and this is hands down the best of the best for surf style that I have surfed. This is still with rocking stock fins! Also my airs where huge compared and I almost landed a 180 revert! As you can probably tell I am super stoked!!! This is a CNC build so everyone should be able to order one. If anyone is in my area feel free to come check her out.

Here are some comparison pics of the chaos prototype and my new 2012 model.

Ohhhh, that Chaos board looks sweet. Any idea of the weight range?

I had a buddy at 180 ripping on it. I would say 190-200 would be the top. Wave strength comes into play at some point as well.

I think I am too fat for the thresher It's slow, people in the 150 range rip on it though.

So 175 lbs seems optimal for the Chaos.

I ride my wife's TWP F-18 4'6" and it is too clearly too small ... work like heck to keep up and pearls easily.

The Chaos looks like a great board -- do you think it would be a good board to learn to boost on or is it too advanced for the learning curve?

Not too advanced.at all. But you can learn to jump on anything. I actually learned on a IS skim board.
