I swithced recently from the carpet to the Poseidon on my Z3. Really nice in my opinion. Easy to take in and out of the boat.
You can blow out crumbs and rinse off easily..

I wonder if I could get this for my 08 RZ2. I would rip the carpet out of there in a heart beat. Once it gets wet it stinks! I have tried professional steam cleaners and it still smells yucky.

HAH< that was one of our top deciding factors too......

I once spent 3 days trying to dry out stinky carpet, it never worked

The 2008 doesn't have the cooler in the bow, so the Poseidon from 2012 RZ2 would be too small i think....

I would have to think I could special order it. I wonder what is under my current carpeting?

If your flooring is like our 2009 RZ2, the carpet runs a few inches up the side. I bet the underneath is a mess of adhesive and unfinished fiberglass.

It looks like the material is "DECKadence Marine Flooring" (what is with that goofy hat?), sold through approved retailers and dealers (see map), including Poseidon Marine & Outdoor Products.

This site offers it in black at $32 per linear foot (4 ft wide).

I saw reference on another review site to "about $30 a linear foot". So that looks to be the standard retail price. The dealer map shows sources all over the country.

I presume the Poseidon flooring from the factory does not have snaps or the like. I wonder how it does towing with no cover?

I just talked with Paul @ Poseidon and he is going to call Tige to make sure he has the correct dimensions/template. The 08 RZ2 floor looks very similiar to the Plantinum addition picture that is on their website. The only difference is I have a round pedistal style chair mount where the newer RZ2s have a squared off fiberglass base. PM me if you want the quote he gave me with a painted tige logo. It was a lot less then what I was expecting.
This is a go for me if the fiberglass below the carpet is not damaged. I can get the adhesvie off just hope it is white fiberglass underneath.
