    "Vintage" Tige Parts

I have a 1996 Tige Pre2200WT and I am looking to do some sprucing up to the boat here towards the end of the off-season.

Can anyone help me with a place to call that might have old Tige parts? I am particularly looking for a new dash. Or better yet, I would like to find a used dash/console.

Maybe there are some boat boneyards in Texas (or somewhere down south) that any of you know of? I'm guessing the dash/console is pretty interchangable...

I'd like to redo the layout of my dash and rather than tear up what I have with no solution, I'd like to find a back-up to work on and when I take the boat out of storage jsut swap everything over...

    Thanks!

I wish I had a good resource for you. Some have had luck contacting Tige directly but, the parts are few and far between these days. Your best bet might just be having something made. That is of coarse you are craft with fiberglass. I'm particularly interested in what you find. I know my dash won't last forever and sooner or later, I'm gonna need something.

I've seen custom fiberglass dashes in cars but, never one in a towboat. It might have to be my next project. Surfdad has me thinking about some of his latest builds using carbon fiber and what not. I'd love to do a new gauge insert and switch panels.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

That is actually what I was planning on doing. My dash is sort of a goofy layout any my knuckles brush the gauges with my hand on the wheel. The problem is it is a lot of gauges to remove so I can get the old dash out so I can use the same mounting locations.

I'd hate to get everything out and find out it I did a rotten job on the replacement dash...

      I'll keep looking thanks!
