I will be in the wonderful and exciting retirement community of Gold Canyon from March 24th through the 31st visiting my mother-in-law. It is located just east of Mesa.
The golf is good but I laugh at the rules on the pool. It is fun watching the 70 year old ladies yell at my 7 & 5 yr old for staying in the pool 30 seconds over the cut off time for kids to swim.
There is a point to this post. I am there Saturday to Saturday and I am wondering if there will be anyone out surfing on Sunday March 23rd through Friday March 30th. I will help with gas money, beer or whatever and I am willing to drive an hour or 2 to ride. It would probably be Conner (my 7 yr old) and I that would come out riding.
In all actuality the lakes are still frozen with about 18 inches of ice
here and all I want to do is get on the water.
Let me know if anyone is looking for more ballast, sorry only 190 lbs worth, with gas money and beer.
