Anyone have a pic of or can tell me what there wiring is on there taps gauge? I have a 2003 22v and the taps gauge seems to be backwards but not sure what wires I might try to switch as there are several on the back of the gauge.

I had a 2008 Tige and had to replace out the ram. Before crimping the new ram wires to original wiring, I held the wires by the splice connector and ran the switch to make sure the ram was not backwards.
Sounds like maybe the ram was once replaced and possiblly spliced backwards?? If you follow the wiring from the ram to the wire harness along the hull wall, can you see where it was crimpped/spliced/connected together?
Did you recently purchase this boat?
Ram all the way down TAPS should be at 1

gauge wiring
The gauge should be wired purple to 12v+, black to ground, blue to backlighting, and yellow to sender. If it was wired differently, it would not read backwards, it would likely just not work. The control box sends the signal to the gauge. Lenco makes some boxes that will cause the gauge to sweep one way, or the other. Check it out.
