What is the best way to get a big wakesurf wake with stock ballast and the taps system?

Get alot of heavy people on the surf side.Make sure the heaviest are in that rear corner.

Even though you mentioned stock ballast and TAPS, I would highly recommend getting a big sac to add. That is a lot of boat to push down to create a big wake. Several with your boat have gone to extremes to get a wake. Check out WAboating's threads on ballast as well as wake9.com, or Ragboy on here.
