Blower is driving me crazy already.

Is there anyway to make it so the blower doesn't come on every time you turn the key?

I have an 04 22v as well, and mine does not come on with the key. Mine is wired to a switch, so I have to manually turn it on. Why do you want it off? I wish mine turned on automatically.

Are you talking about a boat with the tige touch? If so then no I don't believe you can it'd have to be reprogrammed in the computer I mean I admit that it's annoying but kind of a necessity feature?

If it is the '04 that is in his profile than it will not have TigeTouch.

Sure its not fuel pump humming away? Talltigeguy chased a whine in his stereo for weeks, only to find out the noise was the fuel pump............and it wasn't even coming out of the speakers

Im pretty sure that 04 did not have an auto-run blower, but I guess someone could have wired in a timer. Does it ever go off? If not, something could be shorted.

Sorry need to change my profile. I just bought a 11 22ve and while installing the stereo if I just turn the key onto accessory the blower comes on.

Ok, cool. I do not believe you can alter that function, but I do believe you go into the switch menu and shut it off.

No, if it where me, I would take the stereo off the ignition switch and pit it on its own switch source. This way the stereo keeps playing when you shut the boat off to switch riders, etc. NO need to turn the key over to ACC and wait for the SAT or Ipod to reinitialize.
