Got it. Now hurry up please.

I think my fiberglass guy would rather cut them flat and leave it more like then enzo or avalanche.

So I think I decided on flat. So the hull is around an inch thick on the bottom according to articles I have read. So the cut is actually around 1/2 so he plans on cutting out more and then build it up. Any thoughts?

Any thought on the cost to do the work? 4-500 seems WAY low.
I figure my guy would want 2-4k for that fix.

He fixed like 20 gel coat cracks for 1800. He is making a new quote. The other shop in town quoted me at 1k. My guess is 1k.

Haha, well move to a tiny town in North Idaho. I am also friends of a friend and I give him lots of time. He just does stuff on the side for me. I actually had an underwater strike on my right chine that went like a 1/4 of an inch when I bought it. Should have just cut them out then!

Well a few people that know fiberglass talked me out of this. So chine cutting is a no-go Oh well, I will find something else to tweak!
