Another WS420 ?

I am about to add some new in boat speakers and a WS420. I will be using a CMD5 for the HU. The HU has severeal outputs, front left, front right, rear left, rear right, and non fader left and right. Which output should I use to go to the 420? I am assuming the non fader left and right would be the best for the EQ. Is this correct?

Any help is greatly apreciated.

You can use either of the 3 outputs. If you use either the front or rear, just make sure the fade is centered. If you use the non-fade, turn its sensitivity up to Med.

BTW got the windscreen and it looks like it should work perfect. Is it possible to use an adhesive for the guides instead of drilling it in or do you think it would just come apart?

I would recommend screws. gel-coat is such a smooth surface, it would be hard to get anything to adhere to it with any real strength.

How many screws do you think are necassary. I.E. every 2-3 inches or maybe every 4-6 inches. I don't want it to buckle or bow outward in between the screws.

3 in each guide will do. I typically use #6 x 3/4. Once you counter-sink the head so its flush with the inner chnl of the guide, you have about 5/8" if screw to bit with.
