    2007 RZ2 Steer Cable Length

My 2007 RZ2 steering cable finally started to bind real tight this winter so I've read all the replacement threads. Is everyone real confident that all RZ2's come from the factory with an 18' cable, but by upgrading to a 19' cable I can route it through the front compartment with less of a bend at the helm? The reason I ask is that all the markings are abraded off my cable from the original install and all I can read is "Made in ...". Thanks.

I could be wrong but I thought the dealer had said that if you go through the front, up over the bulkhead, you needed the 21' cable.

Thanks for responding. Another post on the sight indicated that 19' was enough. I guess that I'll have to take out the rear seat and floor and try to measure before I buy, just to make sure. I really want to route the steering cable through the front compartment just to minimize the tight bend after the helm.
