Good call on the tandem. A nice option to have is the spare tire. I've had to use mine on the way out to the lake. Had I not had it, I would have had to spend god knows how long getting a replacement for the drive home. Instead, it was nothing more than a 10min delay and I was back on the road. Even if you never use it, it sure nice to know you've got it.

and swing tongue, and I would get Bearing Buddies instead of the Oil Bath hubs, I think that they are easier to check

I agree, Fulton F2 jack, spare tire and swing tongue if you have limited garage space.

Nice choice on the boat, please post some pic's of colours when you get to that point.

The one thing I would suggest is to change to the Surf Bimini. We did on ours, and having the surf boards up on top of the tower is kick ***. And its way easier to get the surf boards in and out of the bimini then from the board racks. IMO

And the second thing is the rear transom remote I've had Clarion replace ours twice in the first year. The remote is IN THE WATER when you have the port side ballasts full. I don't know of a better place for it, wish it where up like it is on the RZ2.

And good to hear you went with the tandem trailer. Have had both single and tandem trailers under previous boats and prefer a tandem trailer for the long drives (+30 minutes).

                Cheers

That's funny because I had to replace mine twice as well. Hyperactive must have went through a few remotes this year!

Should I skip the transom remote? is there a handheld remote for the unit instead?

How can I post pics of my design from the website? I tried to do a pdf and a word doc, but cant shrink the size small enough...

You can use a photo sharing site. Here's a thread on how: http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5489

Without knowing which programs you have, one way could be to open the picture in whatever format you currently have it, then hit "Ctrl - PrintScreen". Then open a simple drawing program such as Paint. Paste the picture into that program. Then save it as JPG.

Someone with better computer skills than me can probably give a better way.

Well lets look at the rz 2...jumped into that and everyone is happy...even momma! Now to break the bad news to her on the cost difference!

It's not that bad of news once you're already to the RZR. I really would have loved the RZ2 but the RZR I ordered is my first boat and I've spent a lot of time in another RZR so I just felt more comfortable getting the smaller boat. My kids are just 2 and 4 so we are not to the point where each one wants to bring a friend or two plus a couple of our friends every time we go out.
