    How much?

    Hello...

I'm considering an RZ2 for my first boat purchase...and would appreciate any feedback from you...the experts...on what I should expect the out the door price to be on a new one.

I know there are alot of options to consider as well. I would like it to be nicely equipped...don't need everything though.

    Any input would be appreciated.

I would guesstimate about 75 for an average equipped boat, without tower speakers, plus tax. That is a very rough guess, there are many variables due to shipping costs for each dealer, the brand of trailer, the installed equipment, there may be better deals with boat show prices, it's a very difficult number to nail down. The only way to get a solid number is to see your dealer and talk options and numbers with them.

What is your location? That will play a part plus someone in your area can give you a better idea. Prices vary with regions. If you are looking at a new, current year, RZ2 then you will have to buy from your local dealer.

The options will vary the price. You say nice equipped but not everything. What exactly are you looking for? You could easily have $20K in options. You might get a cheaper boat ordering with only the options you need.

What do you plan on doing with the boat? surfing, wakeboarding, tubing, skiing, cruising, etc...

When I was checking prices they were in the 60 to 70 range.

I suggest to check out NADA and price what a 2011 RZ2 is now worth with the options you are considering. This would get you to within 10k probably.
Most people do not openly discuss prices on an open forum. However, we all have been through this process and understand your concern. Just know Tige will work with you and give you a fair price. I would suggest to truely know what you want for options.
                  Best of luck.

I bought a 2011 last February. It was a little higher than EWOK said but had just about every option you could get except 2nd heater, pearl paint, chart plotting, closed cooling and salt water pkg.The base for the RZ2 is around 57k with no ballast, trailer or tower and a basic stereo. They could go up to 125k fully loaded with every option.Of course those are MSRP prices.YOUR price should be lower.
I do all my own stunt work. hey ya'll watch dis.

                      65K Cheap used 2011:

But personally for 75K, new warranty on this demo boat. I love the colors, me likey:

That gets you in the neighborhood. I would expect to pay 5K more for a comparable 2012, and another 5K for something new instead of demo. So my rough estimate would be 85K for a 2012, before negotiations.
                      Be excellent to one another.

2011 Brand New RZ2 with tons of extra's was listed at the Denver Boat Show for $69900. They have a few interested parties and thought they had the boat sold but the guy flaked on them. They are working with another couple on the boat right now. I dont think they can get financed. Great deal here on a loaded boat with warranty and 3yr factory maintenance program.
This boat has the following options.. Excalibur 343 hp MPI Motor, TigeTouch Digital Touchscreen Display, Center Bow Cushion, Tige Alpha Z Tower w/Built In Docking Lights, Grey Pearl Color match tower, Samson Alpha Z Swivel Surfboard Racks, Wet Sounds Tower of Power Stereo System w/Wetsounds Pro 80 Speakers and 10" sub, Ipod Adapter Unit, Cockpit Table, Snap out carpet, 900lb. Ballast System, Flex Edition Gel Coat Package, Pearl (metel flake) Grey gel coat, Transom Grab Handle, Sharkeye Bow Lights, Sharkskin Boat Cover with Tower Cutouts, Two vent heater, Stainless Steel Rubrail, Stainless Steel Appearance Package, Dual Batteries, Tige Speed Set Cruise Control, Underwater Transom Light, Sunbrella Bimini Top, Boatmate Tandem Axle Trailer w/Disk Brakes, Black 18" Gear Wheels, Low Profile Tires, Swing Away Tongue, LED Lights

If you have a Tige Dealer in your area they will have to work the deal through them but I'm sure it would be worth it. This is a steal with all of the options the boat has.

$30,000.00 less than a Xstar (MasterCraft) that's FOR SURE!

What ever you do, don't forget FAE (Fresh Air Exhaust) and at least one XXX Wetsounds subwoofer (12") with 800 amps minimum to push it.

                            Nobody says you'll be happy.

It would be hard to mount 800 amps in the storage compartment...

Oh, I think he means Watts.

That looks like a great deal in Denver, and the colors in the pictures have grown on me. I think we saw that boat before, and it did not look as sharp in different light.
