Hello. I wanted to introduce myself and our new-to-us this morning 2006 22ve. We picked it up from the tige dealership in Stayton,OR. We were very happy with both the salesman (Joel is awesome), and the features/quality of the boat. About the only thing that wish it had was ballast, but after doing a bit of reading, I'll start out with the factory taps and probably add a couple of my existing bags. It's been awesome to read alot about the boat here before purchasing (options, videos of the wake with/without bags, etc) - so thanks for all the great info!!!

What did you have before this boat?

1992 Ski Sanger 22FX - direct drive with after-market tower. It's currently in dry storage awaiting a new owner. i've had it for 5 years and was ready to upgrade to a v-drive and have always enjoyed the Tige. This boat was offered up, and after a few conversations with my wife, she was 100% on board. Now if the weather would warm up...

Welcome to the forum. Thats a good looking boat, congrats.

You will not regret the lack of factory ballast in that boat. The 06-08 configuration took up storage space in the rear locker. This makes upgrading difficult. You're better off starting from scratch.
