I found a few pics of the McClain C-Channel frame aluminum trailer. Very nice looking IMO, minus the diamond plate:

In my experience grip tape is a better alternative to diamond plate.Any dirt or sand on your shoes will scratch the diamond plate up and it's still somewhat slippery when wet.
I do all my own stunt work. hey ya'll watch dis.

I agree, I am not a fan of the diamond plate for looks or durability. I ordered some Seadek samples for the transom area and walk through on the boat per NHarp1's suggestion. I may look at using that on the trailer as well. Not sure how the grip is on it vs grip tape when you have shoes on which is how you normally would be stepping on it while cleaning, etc.

I'm really worried about the boat fitting in the garage at our river house. Has anyone had issues/success getting the RZR to fit in a standard double wide, 8' garage door?

                I just realized I said a standard 8' double wide garage. It's actually a 8'x10' door. If I remember, the opening measures 96"(h) x 110"(w).

Going in through the 9' single wide doors is whats fun, I think standard double garage doors are 12' wide???

Oh yeah, that's loads of fun...NOT! My old storage unit was a 9'x12' door and the space to back it in was only 20' between units so I had to come in backwards perpendicular to the unit and then hook it just right to get a 102" wide boat into a 108" wide hole.

That's pretty impressive! I would have liked to see a video of that.

I know it's gonna be a tight squeeze in every direction but it's what I have to work with. Maybe I'll put some grip tape down in the garage where the trailer tires go to help line me up perfectly.

How easy is the RZR to maneuver manually on the trailer once the tandem tires have made it over the concrete lip into the garage? I'm guessing a lot of it has to do with the balance of the boat on the trailer. I wonder how much weight I'll save with the aluminum trailer?

It looked impossible the first time I tried it. After a few times of doing it, it was pretty easy. The storage unit is 40' deep, so maybe it was wider between the units than I thought. When I would pull the boat out, I would have to drive the truck and turn it at the last second and be within 6" of the other building just to get the boat out far enough to make the turn though.

Your tow vehicle's wheelbase makes a big difference

Ohh, you are moving it around manually, My Z1 kinda likes to stay right where it gets unlatched in the garage, I can bump the tongue around a bit to square it up, but she is a load

It was a lot easier when I had my Avalanche than it was with my Crew Cab 2500.

This is where I had it before, I park it in the single stall next left of the bow now. I would back it in until the starboard side boat buckle was touching the sheet rock and then I would unhook and me a a friend would push the bow over and square it up.
