More Tiges Arrive in the Great White North

With the Calgary Boat and Sportsman's Show coming up quick we have a load of 2012 Tiges arriving every week. Our truck driver, based in Florida, found himself stuck at the side of a secondary highway late last night when his diesel fuel turned to gel due to the extreme cold and a stiff headwind. It was between -25 and -30 F at the time. He had to wait a couple of hours in a very cold truck till assistance arrived. Thankfully he received help and got warm and running again. The boats arrived safely and were as spotless as when they left Abilene which was a nice bonus. Cold day to unload, but another Tige delivery arrived safe in the end!

The Trucker headed back south as fast as possible with a good "Ice Road Truckers" story. I half wondered what the chances were of finding a gelcoat crack on a boat somewhere after having the them bounce down the highway for a couple of hundred miles in the brutal cold. Then I snapped back to reality. That just does not happen to our Tiges!

Here we are in Northern California wondering where the hell all the Tiges are, and now I know. Holy cow man! ;-) Someday the inboard market will recover but until then...

RJ and I are planning on coming up to the show and checking out the boats, and visiting with Hyperactive. Really looking forward to it. Dude, it looks COLD, though. Man, amazing how many of those you guys are moving.

I can't believe all that boats you guys are selling. Nor the fact that the boats and wraps are as clean and white as they are from that far of a trip this time of year.

Can't wait for the Calgary show TC. I'll be coming from Brandon, MB on the 11th to hash out a deal on an RZ2!

Under the trailer? It's the trailer guides for loading and unloading

Yup those are the guideposts. The trailers are shipped to Tige in stacks of five or six and then the boats are placed on them individually for shipping to us. We then put the guideposts on as part of PDI and prep.

I am surprised nobody has noticed another detail of that photo yet.......

It was cold yesterday, but that actually does not happen where we are very often. Given how clean the boats arrived, we can handle a bit of a chill while unloading versus the usual amount of cleaning required.

We are stoked that Ragboy is joining us at our boatshow in February!
