Surf Bimini in Color Other than Black?

I'm looking to upgrade to a surf bimini. I'd like to get it in red. Tige says the protective ("shiny") material on the back half of the surf bimini only comes in black. I'm concerned that won't look good with the rest of it (including the extension) in red.

I've only seen pictures of them in black (see below). Does anyone have one in another color? If so, can you attach/send pic(s)?

    Thanks.

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for, but if I had a bimini question I would contact Adlee Boat Covers in Corona.

I'm looking to buy a surf bimini from Tige to replace the current bimini I have. My current one is red, and I'd like to replace it with red. Problem is I haven't seen anything other than black, and I'm wondering what another color will look like with the black material on the rear side of it.

Just wondering if anyone has pics of a Tige surf bimini in a color other than black.

I talked to Adlee about it, and they don't like the idea of sewing onto an existing bimini because it could affect the Integrity of it.

      Thanks.

          Bimini

Just bought a used 2011 RZ2 and Dealer will install a Bimini with it. See several posts on regular Bimini,Extended and surf. Since starting from scratch...whats the best? Likely want in Pacific Blue to match - thoughts anyone?

I think the extended bimini is a must, but I'm usually at Havasu, where it's consistently 105+ in the summer. I have the extended on the RZ2, and I think it's a good fit. You have to watch your head a little as you step in from the walkthrough, but I haven't had much of a problem with that (and neither have my taller friends).

I've heard good things about the surf bimini (nothing negative except some comments on the sides flapping against the tower, but I have the same issue without the surf option, and I think it's a matter of adjsuting the velcro on the sides). I'm probably going to upgrade to the surf option this year. Tige doesn't have any pics of the surf in colors other than black, but I'm hoping it looks ok.

My Bimini is black but I'm planning on taking it to a local canvas guy to add re-enforced pockets on top with sunbrella material. He charges 60/hr for labor and has black scraps of sunbrella from previous projects. He thinks it'll be about 2 hours of labor and a few bucks for materials.

I opted not to get the surf Bimini. My dad is an upholsterer so I just plan on having him do it at some point.

The extended bimini gives plenty of shelter from the sun or the rain.Depending on how many surf boards you plan to carry surf bimini may be necessary.I think the surf bimini only comes in black. We carry 2 Wakeboards and 2 Surf Boards for all day use.I also have the extended bimini.
