06 20v?

Looking at getting an 06 20v anyone out there have any imput on this boat? I plan to install aftermarket ballest.

Sounds like there is a particular boat, since you say you plan to add ballast. Does it have perfect pass? What are the options? What motor? Where are you located? What activities do you plan to do? i.e ski (recreational or competitive), wakeboard, surf, tube, ski chair, cruise, etc... How many people do you plan to have in your boat at a time?

If it is in good condition should be a good boat that will give you hours of fun.

I had a 07 20V.. Great boat!! Good Ski wake, Good Wakeboard wake and when loaded down a very nice surf wake. I just wanted something bigger was the only reason for selling.. I think the 06/07 were the same hull. I could be wrong..

I have an 08 20v and I love it. It's perfect for what I wanted. I wanted a good wakeboard wake, and it throws a good surf wake. I have a 1100# sac that was filled to about 800#s. see

I am the only one in the boat, and the one below it was just my son and my wife.

I ride behind a loaded down one with 2,500 lbs and its a huge wake!! Buddy just posted today that he will be running 3,500 this year.

I grabbed some pics from his FB page. I don't know how much weight he is running in these pics. I know last time I went out he filled (3) 750's and then has a few hundred in lead as well. The pictures don't do it justice, the wakeboard wake comes up to at least my knee and I am 6'1". I was afraid of the first time I rode it but it's very smooth!

Thanks guys yea I am looking for a wake/surf boat and wanted to be sure the 20v wasn't to much of a "ski" boat. I plan to start with 1500 lb of ballast and go from there.
