    Happy Day

I would like to say that Tige has stepped forward and helped me with my V Drive. We have come to an equitable solution that is a win win for Tige/Taylors/Walter/and my family. I am back in business and will remain a faithful member of the Tige Family.

A big thanks to everyone that has posted to this thread and a huge thanks to Harvey at Tige, Taylors, and Walter.

I'm pleased for all that things have worked out. A good lesson here - let's not lose faith so easily! I know that's easier said than done when your own checkbook involved.

I'm glad it worked out for you. It's too bad it took so long and so much of your effort. At least it paid off!

Fantastic! That is excellent news Zeda. It took a little bit of time, but I am glad there is resolution and everybody is satisfied. And good job to you too Harvey. I am glad to see that somebody from Tige finally stepped in and went to bat for their customer. Nice work...

Now, if I could just get that small tower problem taken care of...

Glad to hear you're loving your Tige again!

I know Walters Drives is one of the oldest names in the marine industry and their drives are bulletproof. I had a pair of them on my 28 ft Carver for the 16 years and now on my Tige and they've never given me a lick of problems -- they just run, and run.

Two years ago I had a transmission go out on my SL only 1 week out of warranty -- with only 6k miles on the car -- and they wouldn't do a thing for me, even though it the 12th car I bought over the years from the same dealership. I met with factory reps, and this and that, and I got nothing except a run-around.

So it's good to hear you got everything worked out. On your next Tige, buy the extended warranty so you won't have to worry about anything.
