    4. Did the observe seat have the new grab strap on the corner of it? Tige has began to install these now. If it doesn't ask the deal to install it. With the vinyl strap opening the observe seat is a breeze.
Not sure about the shock never had that problem maybe that boat had a bad shock. We have not seen a problem of any sort with the vinyl smooshing a bit when opening the hatches its about the same pressure as when we sit on the seats. Tige has run the gull wing hatches for a long time opening in towards the boat makes it much easier to load things into the compartment from the dock/or when its on the trailer. On the 20fters a lot of people around here store them in the garage and loading and unloading equipment in the garage on the trailer is much easier being able to access it form the side not having to go on the platform and open the rear hatches out and get stuff...especially if you have a tight garage and the platform has to come off.
No grab handle. That would def help in that category for sure.

Thanks for the heads up on those hatches. I never thought about that, but makes perfect sense. Kind of a huge plus especially at our dock too.

For the bimini. If it was up and open does it go over the top of the tower and the speakers would be underneath the biminy like on the Z tower, or is it an under tower bimini where the tower speakers and tow point are above the bimini?

No problem glad I could help.

The bimini goes over the top of the Tower and Speakers on both the Standard Tower and the Alpha Z Tower.

Believe me I hear ya. However here are the famous last words. I plan on keeping it for a while I knew when I picked up my MC after the Rep gig ended it was going to be flipped in a couple years, but I am hoping that I am able to keep my next purchase for a while. It will be paid for the minute I leave the dealership

          I'd get the RZR then

Different dealers have significantly different prices... My dealer wants 85 for a fully loaded z3... That aside the ballast is one bag up front with 2 fills and drains, it could be swapped out for bigger ballast in about 10 minutes if you wanted to, which is great. From what I've seen the only changes to the r20 is a new stealthy looking tower option and minor cosmetic changes, rzr is just diamond stitched vs pleated vinyl

Can you get Tige Touch in a R20? That's the important one

We purchased the 2012 RZR over the R20 simply because I wanted Tige Touch (not avail in the R20). For me, Tige Touch offered so much I thought the upgrade was worth it. (Rider presets, depth finder, water and air temp, audio displays, gauges, ballast, lights and ballast switches all touch screen). The RZR had better graphic choices and Alpha Z tower. I liked the Z tower over the tubular tower on the R20. There was a significant price difference upgrading to the RZR due to the Tige Touch.

The bow storage is used for ballast. Overall, storage is not a concern.
Wakesurf is fantastic with 1,600 ballast and boarding is nothing to complain about.
Both model 20 foot boats do porpus a bit if you are not putting weight up front ballast or 2 adults. With any boat, you have to learn where to distribute the weight.

The bemini is well designed over the Z tower and speakers.

I agree...the side hatch walkthru does rub (smoosh) on the center hatch upholstery. Hopefully this will get better over time. I also do NOT have a pull strap on the passenger seat under the dash. It does open tight on the corner edge. A strap would solve the problem.

                    Best of luck.

If it were me I would go for the RZR just for the Tigetouch.

Do I need to add another blue tige to the mix?

Why do those biminis stick so far up in the front. They look like they are on backwards. With as much time as people spend with the bow in the air on these boats, I would think you'd want the leading edge to be dropped down. A bimini should look like a baseball cap on a pitcher. Down low.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

The ones pictures are not adjusted all the way down. Sometimes when the bimini's are new they are very very tight and dont go down all the way until they get stretched out a bit.
