Have someone look that engine over real well. 75 hours on something that old is cause for concern that it has gone through periods of sitting way too long without being cranked - drying out seals, internal corrosion, etc.
My first boat was a 1997 ski challenger v-drive. It had 28 hours on it. It was the cleanest boat I have still to ever seen that was used. The guy broke his spine in a work accident and just put it away in his shop thinking someday he would use it. Looked like it came off a showroom floor. Sometimes things happen and boats don't get used. Luckly this guy had it in a heated shop and still took the time to start it every year, change the oil, gas etc.. and grease things. Something that sits and nobody touches it could have seal issues etc...
