    West Texas Dust Storm!

    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/44939529/ns/weather/

Thank goodness i wasnt caught out in this, I had brought the boat back from the lake a few days earlier to wash and do a little maintenance when i looked at the weather for the day i decided i needed to get it taken to the barn where it stays out of the weather. I was driving it about 20 miles to my barn and the wind was already blowing about 50 mph across the road from my direction, I just took it slow and got it put up. I start heading back to town and am welcomed by this wall of dust that was blowing over 70 mph, all i can think was im glad i got it out of town when i did or i could have been up a creek without a paddle.

Holy Moley! That is incredible! Must be a real pain in the arse to clean up after one of them. How often do the dust storms hit?

We have a few a year like this where you cant drive but they only last a few minutes this one was for a few hours and it was horrible.
