Need ideas of why my perfect pass will not work every thing is on the mph part stays at 0.0

Can you provide more details on your perfect pass setup? Do you have a Stargazer setup (GPS based) or have a traditional speedo wheel?

If you have a speedo wheel you might check to make sure that it is not jammed and can spin freely.
