    last day October 9th

water temp 57. Air temp 37 on the way to the lake. Sad to say last day here in Maine for my boat. However going to ride the preproduction blue Z3 tomorrow morning as my local dealer bought the boat and REALLY wants me to come out and surf behind it to get my opinion. Hope its warm!

gezuz h rushin that's some calm as* water there damn...smoooth. Good to see all the tige' homies out in October. Sorry to say I have no pics so far..

Jrobertson your a stud. Look at that freezin water. NO problem right

Robert Thiesen way to get the crew out

Just awesome!! I never give up till I can't stand it. This surf thing behind the boat has really become an obsession. 10 days without I'm freegin nuts with boredom...goin back to some old habits...like sunday football. Great but I do have a TIVO and a BOAT so no excuses

Tahoe's been gorgeous for a week and I can't for the life of me get anyone to go....NOBODY has the balls. The first mate is off on some rock climbing advernture camp..I'm all by myself..No crew..don't people like to have fun anymore?

It's still 63 degrees and high 60's. To me that's very boatable with proper neoprene (which I keep plenty of extras for all sissies).
my midlife crisis started at puberty and I plan on enjoying it all the way to the end..

The stuff in the water is just another quirk of the delta. We use them as buoys. Actually its a very invasive water week called Hyacinth. Given good sunlight those weeds can double in size every 10 days .

good weed(s) should double in size in 2 weeks

So occasionally you might see dead bodies? Seems a couple times a year I see on KCRA news where Edie is talkin' about some 'floater' in the Delta

a few pics and a vid. delightful weather yesterday and the crew was up for it as long as THEY did not have to get wet - those weenies. Was about 80 outside and the water about 70. Likely the last ride for awhile since we have serious cold coming our way. On the last pic - we are about 1-2 inches from wave nirvana.
