    Tige King of the Lake

After 6 broken boards and one severe concussion, were finally able to finish our 2011 video.

Went from waters starting at 48*F to 83*F and now back down to 58* and dropping.

There are lots of different boats on the lake, ours being the oldest Tige. When you get guys like this that can actually ride behind its great cause when they see you coming they move out of your way and majority of the time leave the area so you can have the calm waters. Lots of times they just sit and watch.

People know our boat well and buy tige because of what they see us do behind it. Even though it is older, it has a presence on the lake that makes it stand out from all the other brands. ITs great to own it and even better to ride behind it.

Heres to closing of the 2011 year at the lake!

That video was pretty sick, especially from a bunch of canucks. I would expect to see that kind of riding coming out of Florida. That video was so good I decided to check out the other videos you uploaded and after watching "The Water Beetles Ski Demo" I truly believe that Tige should step up and give you guys a full sponsorship! How the hell does that video only have 48 views?????

lol. We try to not let the water beetles out of the bag. Not much to do around here in the summer but be on the water and tow people around.

The song is Sail by Awolnation.

I should say that I am the boat driver. The rider is my little brother. He competes at the Canadian Nationals every year and does OK. His riding always progreses after the comptetion though. He struggles behind other boat brands because the wake in competition is never as big or has as much pop. When waited correctly the tige wake is nice and rampy with nice kick right at the top. It actually makes it a bit easier to pull off some of the tricks. The other thing that helps is that this wake is WIDE, much wider than most and when you land on the ramp this would be in the flats on most makes.

                            Gwyn,

We do lessons all summer. Mostly for free, just ask for gas money. We are trying to expand our sport and build our brand for future endeavours. As far as learning how to jump the toe side, it is a battle. Have you ever got your son to watch Shaun Murray's Detention? It is really a great how to vid. Just remember when cutting in to keep that handle low and to the hips, it help to kinda curl in a ball and bend your back while pushing hard in the water and keeping your front knee at less of an angle as well while keeping it ridgid. When you get to the wake you want to ride up it and press hard down into the water. If you absorb the wake at all you will not get any air. Tough to explain in text but the detention video really nails it down good.

Thanks for the offer, would love to come for some lessons but we live in Dubai !! He only started wakeboarding 18 months ago and for first 12 months didnt get much time on the water but he has improved massively in 6 months, hes trying to land his 360 at the moment and clear the wake toe side, getting very close to both, he wants to learn the backroll so is using me as a guinea pig to go through the pain first, I am 3/4 of the way round!

My buddy just got a copy of detention so will take a look, thanks for the advice.

You are so right about the width of the wake, I was out on my buddy's Moomba last week, way smaller wake but was clearing it to the flats
