Tige is hands down the best company

Okay so I got a chance to get out and really get to ride and as I like to call it dial in and explore the new boat features and see what was different on the 2012 vs my 2011. Now I had some problems with my 2011 from the get go from things as small as a coolant leak to as big as a full motor detonating the #8 cylinder with 28 hours on the engine and replacing the tower as powder coating was coming off which from the start for our already short seasons was over wheeling but I need to stand by Tige and pay respect Tige stood behind myself as a customer and got the tower on the way as soon as they could being as it was powder coated red to match the boat so this added length to get that part. The motor that blew up in a sense we got in touch with Tige they directed us towards PCM, now PCM had a full built motor ready to drop straight in with out transferring of parts to the dealer in a week that is HUGE! Tige got us squared away and all the parts and even sent out one of the Tige Techs to install the tower which was no easy task! Now Tige stood behind their product and customer service and got us set up and long story short we worked out the details and to end the season I worked with Tige and the dealrer to get my 2012 order placed in mid July and received it two weeks ago and I posted pictures but let me say for having this boat and stacking on 10 hours already the fit and finish is INSANE on this new 12 so impressed and the wake is just as impressive so heres to the Tige love and respect they are a great company who can stand behind their products! Feel free to ask questions if there is anything i need to clear up! here's a picture of the wake of the 12 and a few shots of it on the water!

Tige and the dealer had worked with myself to get my 2012 order placed and received already to end the season with a 2012 in the stable already we received the 2012 two weeks ago.

The boats that I order do go under my dad's name and are truly his boats however I am the one that orders them and uses them as my dad was successful in his business adventures and there is also a long story behind it all and to sum it up he is unable to enjoy water activities such as wakeboarding skiing etc, and he has his own boat to go out and enjoy the water in but that's besides the point of the post the point is how well Tige customer service is.

I will second that. Tige has the best customer service I have ever seen from a company. They take care of there product that is certain.

You should see what that boat can do with 4400 lbs of water in it. I got a guy to buy one this summer and when we put my ballast in his boat with his ballast that wake was massive. It was still clean at no less than 22.7 mph. Handled quite well and the ride was super smooth. Surprisingly with the 6.0l it had no issues coming out of the water.

I had sacked out a 2010 with close to 4500lbs and my 2011 with the same with the acme1235 on it and it was huge.

Good to hear you got good customer service.

Just curious, why did you have to go to PCM? I would have thought that the dealer or Tige would have done that.

Not necessarily apples to apples but if my sound card goes out in my computer under warranty the computer manufacturer deals with it, not me.

Or if my seat goes bad in my car, I don't go to the company that was outsourced to make the seats.

Like I said not knocking Tige just asking. I like my boat and the service that I have gotten. Plus TO rules.

When I say I went through PCM, I work at the marina where we buy our Tige's from I should of clarified that my dealer took care of all the work and warranty and etc however I work there so I said I or we as in the marina took care of it and not sure why we went through PCM and not Tige exactly.

Picture of the interior changes are pretty simple to a yet perfect design

Changes
-cooler mounted under bow filler cushion also slid back so the 3 cup holders are usable
-diamond stitch seating
-new driver seat with controls mounted on the side for sliding forward and or swiveling much easer to use
-starboard side where cooler was is now up into rear compartment
-new motor with cats but runs much smoother and more linear power i'd say
-new prop comes with 371 vs 537
-lights mounted onto the tower shining down for interior lighting
-interior lights are now small led's that are just a small dot as if
-new rev tower speakers
Think that is all I have come up with really..

huh okay so then it has that cubby under the drivers seat? i love that thing. cooler like an rzr, funny on the prop mine came with 1631
