Long weekend trip to Lake Mohave. Found a great cove, anchored and hung out one day waiting for the wind to die down. Haven't uploaded any riding pics yet, not that I'm some kind of pro anyway.

The 2nd and 3rd pics are of the first time I've ever tried to weight the boat for surfing. It was more of an experiment. Don't even have a surfboard yet. Everyone on TO seems to love it and I surf (in the ocean), so I definitely want to get into it.

The two pics here are with ~600lbs. of ballast in the rear port locker, taps at 3-4 and speed at 10.7 to 11. Later in the day, I upped it to ~1,200lbs. I also had 3 adults sitting on the port side. I'll have to try and find the pics after I increased the ballast.

Any tips? Notice anything good/bad about the wave?

That water looks awesome. The wave looks good as well. Get a board and you will be addicted.
